Terms of Service

Abidiba Studio, operated by ABIDIBA LLC, supplies digital apparel design work: clothing concepts, garment graphics, mockup visuals, colorway studies, and prepared artwork files. Every service we offer is digital.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to supply accurate contact and project information, and to keep requests lawful — nothing abusive, deceptive, harmful, or infringing on someone else’s rights.

Payments and Scope

Each payment covers the digital design plan you selected and its listed deliverables. Work beyond that scope can be quoted on request. We reserve the right to decline projects that are illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or outside what we offer.

Digital Only — No Physical Production

We never print, manufacture, ship, or fulfill garments. Choosing and managing a printer, manufacturer, or production partner is entirely your responsibility.

No Outcome Guarantees

We make no promises about sales figures, print or manufacturing quality, supplier acceptance, revenue, search visibility, or any other third-party result.
